Hello everyone.
I have finished a new Dynamic ASP Sitemap. It will work with any ASP template (FrontpPage or DreamWeaver). It has been enhanced to work with any configuration of categories and subcategory levels, unlike my free one out there.
I have completely redesigned it with a new algorithm to be more efficient, and with speed in mind. It is also easily customizable.
- with or without products
- with or without prices
- customizable category placeholder (including HTML)
- customizable HTML headers and footers
It is extremely easy to install...ANYONE can do it. But for those who don't want to..let me know, I can help.
This is an ADDON, not a MOD.
MOD vs ADDON ?
A MOD (modification) is a change in the templates integrity and potentially will affect all future upgrades/updates released by ECT. An ADDON is a coded component that extends the existing functionality of your ECT without affecting its integrity. Addons have absolutely no impact on the templates ability to update or upgrade.

i couldnt get the free sitemap to work using front page 2000, so opted for Mike's version, it works a treat - higly recommended

The addon works like a charm and shows every single product & category. Thanks so much for all the work. This was the easiest modification I've ever made to my site!!! Well worth the $25!
Let me know when you come up with other mods/addons for the templates.

Absolutely Guy,
Look at the top section of incsitemap.asp
'***************************************
'* Customizable options

showproducts = TRUE 'Whether to display products or not (TRUE / FALSE)
showprice = FALSE 'Whether to display product prices or not (TRUE / FALSE) [if showproducts = FALSE then this is ignored]
categoryplaceholder = "»" 'Character(s) OR HTML code (including images) that will preceed the indented category names
prodsinmultisections = TRUE 'Repeat products if in more than one category
The default of the showproducts option is TRUE, but you can set it to FALSE so it will only display the categories.

I spent pretty much time with Advanced Dynamic Home Page and couldn't make it work. I decided to buy and try Mike's Site Map. My developer experience is weak, but Mike was so nice to give me all advices I needed. He even made corrections on my site. Now it works just great. You can see it at

Hi Mike,
I think my SPAM system got your email, please try again.
Additionally, When I install the Cart Image Mod he images appear ABOVE the cart box by themselve, not on the left end of the product line on the cart. What do you think?
