Hi Vince All our small parcels are sent Royal Mail within UK and Abroad. We use a Courier service for larger items (over 4kg inland).(over 2kg abroad). We have found that we can get better rates for these if we use a service such as Parcels2Go (who have accounts with all the couriers), rather than having an account with a specific courier such as DHL, TNT, etc. Kind Regards
Bev

I use Royal Mail "Recorded Delivery", "Special Delivery" and "International Singed For" for smaller items and Interparcel who are similar to Parcels2Go and have accounts with UPS, DHL, FEDEX etc. for larger items or express items.
Regards
Mike

Hello Vince.
We use Royal Mail First Class Recorded and Special Delivery for most inland under 2Kg and Parcels2go (courier broker) for items over 2Kg.
For overseas we use Royal Mail signed for international for up to 2Kg and again parcels2go for over 2Kg
parcels2go use most of the major carriers, and we find are priced well for us, as although we send out quite a number of packs, the Royal Mail account pricing isn't viable for us because of the required quantities.
