My customers get the following message when they attempt to checkout from my store:

Error, couldn't connect to https://www.ups.com/ups.app/xml/Rate (-2147012851).
The certificate authority is invalid or incorrect

When I attempt to check the registration through the control panel I get a similiar message

Was this working before and just suddenly stopped working? Or are you just setting up UPS?

Yes this was working up until about a week ago. At that time we currently used ups and had it registered through the store and everything was fine. we were notified by customers of the issue. We were running an older version of ecommerce at the time and just updated today to the latest vesion hoping it would rectify the problem with negative results.

Hi Steve
The first thing I would do then is ask your host if they changed something about that time. A firewall say or something like that.

I just wanted to thank you for sending me in the right direction. My host researched the matter and reset my web services which seems to have rectified the problem. Thanks again for your help
