Am working with ECO template, dynamic. I am in Chrome, and happened to have the 'zoom' tool set to under 100%. This creates a number of issues with design. The footer banner with the news items splits, on the product listing pages it goes to one column, even with adequate width. The menu bar at the top also breaks when you go small.
I've not really looked at the zoom tool in Chrome but I very much doubt there's anything that can be done that wouldn't have knock on effects at other zoom levels.
