Google Checkout has been working fine until the most recent order.
I haven't made any changes to the site in a long time.
I am getting emails: "We've made several unsuccessful attempts to send order notifications to your notification callback URL, https://store.4wheelingplus.com/vsadmin/gcallback.asp As a result, you aren't receiving order status, risk, or other notifications."
I have run the google test script and it says: "LOOKING GOOD!!! Basic Authentication header appears to be received ok."
ASP v6.2.1
The order didn't show up at all in my admin section. |

Ok... I gave this some time and the emails from Goolge are not for the same order.
There are a few different orders that are causing this email.
I am getting an email from Google checkout every 10 hours saying that they encountered an error and to check my google call back script. |

Not related. Different orders giving different errors.
The only relation is Google Checkout. |

At least one of the orders didn't come through to the ECT admin page.
I am also unable to properly update the status on my Google Checkout orders in the ECT admin area.
If I tell ECT that the order is shipping it automatically gets reset to Packing. I can't get any of them to say Shipping.
When I try to change the status to SHIPPED it automatically gets reset to Shipping. That is confusing me and my customers. |

Hi Ron, the problem is that when Google tries to post back to the gcallback file it is encountering a popup box asking for username and password. You mention that it was working fine, can you ask your host to check why the popup box is now showing perhaps they have made a change recently that removed the proper authentication on the vsadmin/gcallback.php

Hi most time setting basic authentication is good enough, however some host have to set integrated authentication. Are you hosting the site yourself or using a hosting company?

It's on a VPS that I am responsible for. The web host says they haven't touched the site, server or any of the files.
I haven't either, so I am really confused. |
