Hi Shaun

The pImage column is no longer used but it seems that your pages are trying to find it. That would suggest that either the updatestore.php file wasn't run in your browser or more likely that not all the files were copied over from the updater to the server. I would run the updater again and hopefully that will sort it out.

Andy,
We made the changes that you suggesed. We re-ran the updater and reloaded all of the files. Now a completely different issue. when I try to click on a product category or product, I get an error page not found.

http://kimbersafety.com/product/categories/products.php?cat=20

Thoughts?

Thank you in advance

What do you have set as your Store URL in your main admin settings page?

Have you placed product / detail pages in a different directory from your cart page? For example here is your cart page with links to proddetail pages that are fine http://www.kimbersafety.com/cart.php .... but your menu points to locations like http://www.kimbersafety.com/product/categories/monitors-and-calibration-equipment so maybe your top menu links are set up incorrectly. Another possibility is if you are using an URL rewrite and that has gone astray somewhere.

Andy,
Thank you for the resoponse. Ill take a look at what your suggesting. Though at this point we are getting past my expertise. :)

What im not understanding is that our site was in 100% working order before the upgrade to 6.2.1

Is it correct that just by simply upgrading is causing these issues?

Is it possible just to simply revert back to the version we were on until we get things figured out?

I don't think updating was the cause as that wouldn't touch the links unless there was a third party mod in there that was changing the link structure. Is it possible you added something previously to get the URL to change to monitors-and-calibration-equipment?

There isn't a feature to downgrade but the fix here shouldn't be too difficult really.

Andy,
Im happy to hear that you think this should be an easy fix. :)

We don't offer telephone support but we should be able to sort it out here.

Andy,
Where do you suggest that i go from here? it appears as if things are "pointing" in the wrong direction.

working url.... http://kimbersafety.com/

working url.... http://kimbersafety.com/product/categories/gloves

not working url.... http://kimbersafety.com/gloves/products/butyl-and-viton-gloves

not working url.... http://kimbersafety.com/gloves/products/proddetail.php?prod=B13874

At the end of the last URL that i pasted it shows "proddetail.php?prod=B13874" The issue to me seems to be somewhere in here?

It seems to me as if the site is going somewhere it shouldnt be to try to get the photos and information.

I have NO idea what this means or how to fix it. can you please advise?

Hi Shaun, it does seem that the site is using some sort of url re-write mod which is cauing a problem. To confirm if that is the issue can you try turning that off and see if the urls work to point to their .php pages.

Sinbad,
Im jsut not understanding what went wrong. The site was working 100% before the update. Andy states that the update should not have caused these issues.

Thoughts?
