I have the DW/CSS version of the php store and am having a lot of trouble getting my head around the instructions. I used DW to set up my design for the landing page, set up one category page to test with, set a new category, added a product, and nothing happens on the product page. I was under the impression that php script was supposed to add the product to the page assigned for that catagory. I have a total of 6 catagories, most have at least 2 sub-cats and each has around 10-15 products in each. Can anyone help me to at least understand how to populate the pages? Thanks, George |

Hi Andy, The products.php page is still the same as the template supplied, without my design changes made to the home page. By the way, I did save the pages I've set up as .php instead of .dtw. This is obviously my first dive into the php world, having just used DW and Muse to set up static sites in the past. Thanks, George |

| Sorry, I may have mis-typed. I can't see anything on the product.php page that shows my changes in the admin panel. |

Andy, I'm not sure what I've done wrong, since I reinstalled the template on my MAMP server and everything on the sample seems to be working o.k. Are we supposed to swap our images for the samples and change the names to the samples' names, or ...? In DW I changed some of the aspects of the design using both css and html to create a new home page, with new company logo, colors, etc, using links from the menus and a product image for the category to the page I set up for the sample. The links work to the test category page, but nothing from the control panel shows up. I'm really confused. Can you call me, or can I call you? George |

Hi George, I'm afraid we do not offer phone support, when you say nothing from the admin shows up I'm guessing your referring to categories and products that you have setup in the admin and not the sample data. If that is the case then most like you need to add links to the category or products to the menu, you can use the dynamic css menu to auto populate the menu by replacing the current menu with the one here http://www.ecommercetemplates.com/help/css-menus.asp
You can also try browsing directly to the product page to locate products that have been setup in the admin. http://www.Yourdomain.com/products.php

I already set up the link to the page I set to use as a template for my product categories. That works fine from the top menu, the left side menu and the image link. But nothing from the control panel is showing, so there is noting I can add to the cart. In fact, there isn't even a buy button. Just the page I built based on the home page, with the side menu stripped out. George |

Hi Georg, in the admin products make sure both the sell and display boxes are checked on the products. Perhaps you can give us a screen shot to take a look so we can get a better idea.
