 no order info. in email or after order screen

My new site, max-well.net is now processing orders, but in test orders, both in the "Thanks" screen following the order and in the "Order at your store" email there is no information - it is just blank. But when I go to the Store Admin the information is there.

Hi Paul

Are you using or were you using the digital download plugin as that may have a bearing here?

Thanks, Andy. I just put through another test order and it is still coming back blank.
I received my email as a customer and as a merchant, and both were blank.

Plus when I click for a Printable Version, it is blank.

However, I do receive emails each time from my merchant service provider, verifying the order.

I would go into the admin "email messaging" to see what you have setup for your emails and "Receipt Headers / Footers:" that shows the thanks page.
Perhaps they are blank there.

I just compared the emails and "Receipt Headers / Footers:" that shows the thanks page and they seem to be the same as on my other Windows website that is actually working correctly. Thanks.

Hostek increased the size of our database from 250 meg to 1,000 meg but the problem persists. I will look into the other things you suggested.

When I print out the receipt right after placing an order, it has the date in the upper left corner and 1/1 in the lower right hand corner. That is all.
Andy, would you be interested in troubleshooting and fixing the two problems I am having, and then billing me for it, or an advance payment? You have my email address.

Is there a ectadmincustom.css file? Or do you have a print.css (@media print) file that could be affecting the print out?

Andy, do you know the answer to Marshall's question? We haven't done anything with this website other than activating the ecommerce software.
I do have other ecommerce websites that are functioning normally. It is only this new website that we are having a problem with.

I think it is related to the other problem. I just checked your email messaging admin and I can't save anything added to the receipt fields. It may be permissions related although I would have expected an error if so, we'll see what Hostek come back with.
