I can't figure out why my $35 off coupon is not working after years of being ok.
Please view at wiagribusiness.org/store under "Golf attendee the Oaks". If you have 4 or more golfers you enter "35off" in the coupon area. Seems to work until you finish checking out and it was not applied (even if it shows it was applied).
Any help would be appreciated!

If I add the product to the cart on the www. form of the URL and checkout the coupon is not applied on the last page.
If I add the product to the cart on the non-www. form of the URL then it is applied correctly.
So it does seem to be a problem as you should be able to do that on either form of the URL. But as it is a good idea to be consistent then what I would do is change your store URL's to the www. form of the URL and add an entry to the .htaccess file to force you on to www.

I don't get that...whether it is www or NO www, it still doesn't work! It has worked all these years.

I just tried on your site and there seems to be a redirect in place now and I tried a test order and get the $35 discount just fine. Did you try a test order?

How do I do that?

Just put the product in the cart and run through the checkout process till the last checkout page. That will show if the coupon is applied or not.
