Your current suport status is Pre-sales questions only.
Support for our products is provided for a period of time after purchase. Before purchase or after this time you can
still post on the forum but your questions will be limited to pre-sales questions only, not support questions.
The email address you use to sign up for the forum must match that of your product purchases. If you wish to change
your forum email address you can do so in your profile by clicking here.
If your support period has expired you can purchase further 6 month ASP and PHP updaters which also qualify for support on this page here . . .
The database is updated hourly, but if your posts have a message "Pre-sales questions only" and you believe you have
products within the support timeframe then it is likely that your email address does not match your product orders. You
can change this using the profile link above. Also, do make sure you are actually logged into the forum.
