I first started using ECT in 2004 when looking at shopping cart software for a friends website.. After looking at many, many others before, and since, none come close. What seals it for me is the first rate support on the forum, the speed of support and how Andy, Vince & the team see it through to completion. You never feel a question falls on deaf ears. I've been using this cart for 4 years, andam very happy with it. I am not a developer, but find it easy to use, and when I get stuck, the support forum has been a huge help! I'm somewhat technical, so I can implement many of the simpler features on my own help. Many of the mods available for ECT through 100 Mods is great too!
