New Account not showing on login

Posted - 10/31/2017 : 02:54:49 Hey Guys, I think I followed the instructions correctly but when I try to create a new account by the login tab, the Tab 'NEW ACCOUNT' doesn't display so I can't create an account. I added the lines of code needed to the 'includes' file in vsadmin and uploaded but nothing as changed ? I must be doing something wrong ! any ideas please ? many thanks Don Help ! My brain hurts :(
