My coupon codes seem to have stopped working. I can put in an order, apply the code and it shows up on the page correctly when applied, however when I go to the next page in the cart to choose shipping methods it disapears, and does not show up in the final order. Am I missing something, or has something changed?

Hi

Do you get a message near the top of the check totals screen of checkout that the coupon has been applied? That's the last step of checkout before you get to the thanks page.

Is the number of coupons available decreased in the discounts admin page?

Thanks Andy, no and no. It shows when you click apply but I question that exclamation mark before CDN$ The number available has not changed. The amount goes back to the original total when you go to the choose shipping page.

I am having a similar issue. If I enter the coupon code on Step One of checkout, it says it is applied and shows the discount in the total. When you click to the next step (shipping address, etc), the coupon code is gone. You CAN add it again on this page, apply it, and everything works fine. But why isn't it carrying over from the first checkout page?

It should work fine, the URL isn't switching between one one the "www" and then without or switching between http / https, is it?

You're right. It's switching to the www on the second step. So where do I need to change that?

I think I've got it figured out. Some of the home page links were not updated to https://www... so product was added from wrong page (no www) and messed it up. Now it seems to be working fine. Thanks for getting me on the right track.

Sinbad: I did check those settings and they are correct, though it alerted me that I hadn't removed the "$pathtossl" parameter from my includes.php file. Took care of that, too.
