I just checked a customer's order for accurate shipping charges.

The customer was charged $10.52 for his order shipping.

When I enter the same product and option and customer zip code, the amount shown on the cart page, after clicking on update order after entering the customer zip code is $14.13.

What do you think is causing the price difference?

Could it be the difference between the shipping estimate and the shipping selected?

So I guess there's no fix for this problem?

Hi I notice the total price is different on the two orders 10.00 and 34.00 items looks the same. Could there be a duplicate item setup that perhaps has a different shipping weight?
