The hosting company had all of the servers down earlier today as they were applying patches for the Meltdown and Spectre vulnerabilities. They had to manually restart all of the sites. Once this one was back up, the site has all of these errors.

Any ideas?

It looks like they put back an older version. I would run the updater to sort that out.

Should I do that first or have them re upload the database. I'm not sure how they could have put back an older version, they do backups every 25-36 hours and each one overwrites the last.

Would you just run the updater or re upload the database if it was you?

Personally I would run the updater as you can be sure the database and admin files are on the same version.

Table 'alkydigg_store11.searchcriteriagroup' doesn't exist

Hi Kelly, sound like the table may have crashed, can you login to the host control panel and go to phpmyadmin click on the database for the store and let us know how many tables are there it should be 50 the number will show at the bottom of the list on the right side of the screen and if you see the multisearchcriteria table.

It shows 48 tables.

I do not see multisearch. Here is that portion:

multisections
notifyinstock

I do see searchcriteria but no searchcriteriagroup

Should I have the hosting company re upload the database? Is it possible that all files did not get re uploaded?

Hi Kelly, yes sounds like your missing a couple of tables there I'll escalate this to the developer to follow up with you. In the mean time can you send us the host control panel login to info AT ecommercetemplates DOT com

So this is something you can fix. I don't need my hosting company doing anything? I need to know this quickly, I have them on an online chat right now.

Just sent the requested information. How soon can I expect to hear from someone? Should I have my hosting company stop looking into this? I don't want them to do something that will interfere.

Hi Kelly, its possible they may have a good copy you can give it a try, if you can login to the admin download the order Details so that you have a copy .

Phil to the rescue!! I sent him an email, he responded within minutes and in less than a half hour he had it fixed!!

I can't say enough good things!! You guys are the best!! He's even going to follow up tomorrow.
