 The is not really a problem with the ect software and something between t-hub and quickbooks. Do you have any bank accounts setup in quickbooks? When you setup t-hub, you can tell it what payment account payments go into. What version of quickbooks are you on? did you try to contact t-hub?
  Did you try "transfer funds" instead of deposit?
