Is there a way to see the sales numbers by week, month, year? I see the graphs, but the numbers would be great.

Hi

If ypu choose totals rather than sales graph you should see what you need there.

If I choose "Total" I get all time totals and not the choice of weekly, monthly or yearly. Am I doing it correctly?

Can you select a date range from the top calendars?

Yes, but is it possible to see:

2010 - $xxxxxxx
2011 - $xxxxxxx
2012 - $xxxxxxx
and so on

or

Jan 2010 $xxxxx
Feb 2010 $xxxxx
Mar 2010 $xxxxx

Updated my image above.

If you set the date range from Jan 1 2010 till Dec 31 2010 you should get what you need if you then select Totals.

That's what I get. Just a total for the year, not a way to see sales by week, month or year. Is something not working correctly or is that not possible? I thought there would be a spreadsheet of the data.

Sales by week / month / year are shown by the graphs but if you want to look at a particular week / month / year for sales of individual products you would choose the date range and Totals.

Is there a way to change the graph back to the bar graph with the totals beside each bar like it used to be, whether it's by week/month/year?

Hi

There isn't a way to go back to the old version of stats.

Hi all,

I cant seem to find the Stats button on the Admin orders page since we have upgraded to v6.8.5

Please can you advise how we can access specific Stats information?

Hi Kev

From the top menu choose Orders Admin > Stats.
