Hello ECT,
My customer purchased the Responsive Design Natura site License ID 0003rd00grb0089 for PHP-Unix/Linux Server.

I'm having a problem editing the pages for this site online or from my PC.

When I open the main.dwt online a login window opens up; on the top it says "Connect to code.jquery.com"

Above the User name: and Password: boxes it says

"FTP transmits the user name and password without encryption. If possible, open the site by using an HTTP URL to help protect it from potential network attacks."

If I cancel out of the window it comes up again and I cancel that one it goes away and the Microsoft Expression Web window opens and says "changes made to this Dynamic Web Template will not be applied to any attached pages, except if they are open for editing."

Online or from my PC:
I open the main.dwt page then I open all the pages. I edit the main.dwt page when I save the pages only the main.dwt is saved with the edit. For some reason the other pages are not connected.

I've never had this problem with your new sites.

Hi

I'm not sure why you're getting that first problem. Can you try chnaging these two lines

<script type="text/javascript" src="//code.jquery.com/jquery-1.11.0.min.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="//code.jquery.com/jquery-migrate-1.2.1.min.js"></script>

to

<script type="text/javascript" src="https://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.11.0.min.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="https://code.jquery.com/jquery-migrate-1.2.1.min.js"></script>

The username / password pop up is a browser thing and will show on any site not on https

Have you gone through the steps here for starting a new site in Expression web https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/using-expression-web.asp

Hi Andy,
Thank you for replying so fast.

Yes my Expressions Web is set up correctly.

I replaced the two lines and that took care of the pop up window.

As far as the editing problem, I had to attach all the pages to the main.dwt page in the Templates folder for the global updates to work.

I never had this problem before with any of your templates.

Thanks again for your help.
