A client has reported that orders placed through PayFlow are not being authorized. PayPal reported that they can't see the orders on their end as there seems to be a disconnect on the cart side of the transaction. This seems to be intermittent as it happened last week. Have similar problems been reported or is this merely a time out/connection issue? Thanks in advance - PHP v6.9.1.

Not since the update to v6.9.1. There was an issue with the inc/incfunctions.php file if you recall and the Add To Cart modal not working on IE. Other than that, no changes I am aware of. And the site is with ServeLink and they have not reported anything nor has any other sites hosted with them report any problems.

When you say it's intermittent does that mean some orders are going through ok? If so, it won't be a problem with your PayPal settings. Is there any kind of error message on checkout?
Made 2 attempts with different cards. Did not make it to the thanks.php page. Got the error [red]User authentication failed[/red]. Seems every purchase attempt, whether test or customer, is failing today.

VENDOR is your merchant ID and USER is the same as VENDOR unless you created a Payflow Pro user. All fields are case sensitive. - Invalid Processor information entered. Contact merchant bank to verify. - "Allowed IP Address" security feature implemented. The transaction is coming from an unknown IP address. See PayPal Manager online help for details on how to update the allowed IP addresses. - You are using a test (not active) account to submit a transaction to the live PayPal servers.
