Abandoned Cart Email Link

Is there a way to make a clickable link to the cart that just says something like "Resume Your Order" or "Click for Cart"? I know we can do this with the tracking link: Shipments can be tracked by visiting our <a href="https://www.mysite.com/tracking.asp?trackno=%trackingnum%">Tracking Page.</a> BTW, the link I sent to test my email is not clickable in Thunderbird.
