Hi

Have been doing a database upload with a csv file. All was working then one file tuck a long time to upload and locked the website up for a couple of hours.
Since then I cant load up the login page for back end and keep getting a internal server error now . Front end of site is working all ok
Have got the same web site running on my computer under local host and all work as should be on there.
Can login a different way but cant load up the admin.asp page .
do you have any idea's to how this can be fixed. Have loaded all pages for my server and still wont work.

This is for the ASP version, correct? Are you running an Access database - if so you could possible download the database and do a compact and repair on it https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/help/troubleshooting.asp#asp10

Yes this is a ASP Version and running an Access database.
Downloaded it from the online site to my local host and all works as it should do so uploaded it back to online site to over right the one online and still get the same errors .
Will have a look into doing the compact and repair .

All sorted now .Had to a new update of the new software to get it all to work again.

Glad that's working, thanks for letting us know - it's not a bad idea to do the Compact and Repair if you haven't already. Make sure you keep regular back ups too of the Access database.
