Forgot Password not working

cmf Starting Member Barbados 34 Posts	Posted - 10/14/2018 : 17:56:11 Hi, I'm running Ecommerce PlusASP v6.9.4 and when a customer licks on forgot password nothing happens. The link doesn't open. I tried a few browsers with the same result. Any ideas why this would be happening?
