We have customers that will need help finding items and it would be nice to offer this service for them. Thanks

I have used Livezilla for many years as this is a self-hosted solution which means I have control. Great for stats and love monitoring. Recently I also installed tawk.to for a customer. This is a hosted solution but likewise great stats and relatively easy to use. So the only question is host or not to host. Have a great Christmas all. Paul
