Hello,
I'm configuring my store for USPS sales. I registered with USPS as well as shippingapis.com, but when I test the system I get "Authorization failure. Perhaps username and/or password is incorrect.".

I tried using the userID from both sites in my main settings but nothing works. Am I missing something?

Hi Brian

After registering at https://registration.shippingapis.com/ did you get an email with a username and then a bit about switching your profile to the production server - I believe you still need that second step to go live.

I have the email, but it was VERY CONFUSING. Can you guide me further?

Is there anything there about switching to the production server?

Sorry for the long delay. The answer was let the USPS that I was ready to go from "testing" to "live". The site works properly now.

Thank you.
