It's been a couple years since I asked this the first time (and the topic seems to have been deleted?);

We would still like to use Purolator as a shipping option. What is involved with adding them? Does it need to be in the core code or can it be an add-on?

That is surprising. Purolator has MUCH better shipping rates and customer service than UPS or FedEx. I take it they are just not popular in the USA?
Out of curiosity, roughly how many Canadian ETC pages are there? Would it be in the hundreds, dozens, or maybe less?

Really hoping this can happen. UPS and FedEx have too tight a stranglehold on the shipping lanes!

We have many Canadian users but it just doesn't seem to have come up before. We usually gauge interest by replies in the Suggestions forum.

I don't think we can originate shipments from the US via Purolator.

Dbdave, I figured being based in NY (iirc) they would allow that but it would explain the lack of popularity.
