I just started to market my Loyalty Points Program to attempt to appeal to more customers and slow my bounce rate. I just want to make sure my math is correct on this, and I know this is a stupid question. However...

According to the ECT website, the default formula is:

"loyaltypoints=100
loyaltypointvalue=0.0001

Which means that 100 points is equivalent to $1."

I received an order this morning for $211.20. The customer received 21,120 Loyalty Points on this order. This being the case, how much can the customer cash in their Loyalty Points for the next time they make a purchase?

You can run some test orders with the email payment option, then when checking out with your test account you can a real time look at the values in the cart. We have ours setup at 5%.

Hi

You can test it yourself on your own store but from what I understand that would be $2.11

Gotcha! I made a sample purchase of $635. My next purchase allowed me $6.35 in redeemable Loyalty Points. So the current formula is set to 1%. To get it to 5%, I assume I will set the loyaltypointvalue to 0.0005?
