Froala Editor behaving oddly

Using most current version with cart v6.9.4. Tried uploading fresh files, no change. Thoughts? I have the same version on the companion site, peachtreepilot.com and it works fine. Both have the same exact ECT and Froala files. Viewing the source code, the admin pages had <link rel="stylesheet" href="froala/css/froala_editor.css"> and <link rel="stylesheet" href="froala/css/froala_style.css"> Whereas the folder contained froala/css/froala_editor.min.css and froala/css/froala_style.min.css I saved the .min versions without the .min and all is working fine.
