?????
pFaceBookDone' doesn't have a default value is a quick flash of a warning I get when adding an item. The indication is that the update is successful. I cannot find the item I just added using the admin product search, but when I try adding it again, a flash warning says something about a duplicate.

How do I resolve this issue?

TIA

Hi

I don't recognize that - do you have any third party modifications on the store, maybe social media related?

I have a WP FaceBook Feed plugin that has been working for a couple years. I turned off the FB feed plugin to see if it changed anything with no effect.

I do not have any 3rd party social media mods in the store that I know of and this issue was not present before the last update or two.

I'm pretty sure that's not something coming from the store. Did you delete the plugin?

I just did with no joy.

I'm checking to see if it has anything to do with the product data utility mod.

After running it, I get the same error message:

"Upload Progress
Initializing...
Field 'pFaceBookDone' doesn't have a default value
100% Complete...
Processed 2 rows in approx. 0 seconds

Product Data Import Results

The CSV file was imported successfully but with errors. Some of your product data has been updated.

Line 2: there was an error parsing this line. Please check your CSV syntax.

Unable to insert into the database for "120016".
Error:
INSERT INTO products (pID,pName,pSection,pSKU,pStaticURL,pDisplay,pInStock) VALUES ('120016','Snoli Double Step (Armada) 4.1/3.5mm x 9.5mm','641','','','0','3')

Return to CSV Product Data Utility"

The 'pFaceBookDone' is not one I've ever seen before.

From Daniel after asking about his mod:

"No. This is similar to the other error you had before though and I suspect it is to do with the database configuration having a 'strict' mode or similar set on the hosting end..."

In Server: localhost:**** »Database: *****_store »Table: products I do find the pFaceBookDone column.

Is this column not supposed to be here? If not, how did it get added.

I changed the default value to Null and I may be operational.

I had this same problem. I applied a value of "0" (ZERO) and all started working correctly.

Interesting. Any idea what mod you have or had that would have created the issue? Servelink tech support was adamant that it was a mod that 'you installed'. I do not recall or know of anything related to FB in our store other than the unrelated Wordpress FB Feed plugin that would have been the source.

Regardless, an option I considered and tech support suggested was to Drop it from the database. So it's gone now. Hopefully, the world won't end tomorrow.

I used it with the "Dlvr.it" program to automatically post product to FB. I haven't used it in years.

Stewart Obert wrote the program I think.

Thanks for the heads up. I was able to discover he installed "ECT Complete SEO Add-On" years ago too. Maybe the source of this current problem.
