We assign loyalty discounts at 10, 15, 20%. We also assign discounts on products. We had a customer who bought a product with a 25% discount, and when he checked out he also received the loyalty discount of 15%. His total discount was 40%. We are pretty sure this didn't happen in the past. Is there some way of stopping double discounting?
We did notice that on the customer login, whereas the login level drop-down was previously set to >= it is now set to just =.
My colleague thinks this makes a difference, I have no idea.
