(Following updating to Ver 7.0.4)
The customer enters their contact info, including phone number, then proceeds to payment page, entering their credit card info.
Authorize.net rejects the order because it is missing the phone number which was input on the previous page. There is no error code.

I checked my 7.0.4 demo and it's fine with no problems but I did notice that the auth.net receipt doesn't display the phone number. I looked in the account and I can't find an option related to turning that on or off. Would it be possible to check with authorize.net support to see if there is an optional feature and I"ll continue. What is the exact error so I can look it up? Authorize.net support was helpful suggesting I check for "Unsettled Transactions" which would show if they are rejecting the transaction, or it is being rejected by the cart BEFORE if gets sent to Authorize.net.
There were NO "Unsettled Transactions"
They claim this indicated the rejection is occurring before it is sent.

We anxiously await your fix for this.
In the meantime removing "phone number required" from The Authorize.net payment forms field seems to allow order to go through. I place both a test and a live order this morning. Both were successful. The phone number is still being captured in in the ECT order admin.
However... we still would appreciate the problem be corrected and look forward to it resolution as soon as possible.
