Beaver Builder Plugin Update Kills Shopping Cart

dbdave ECT Moderator USA 10277 Posts	Posted - 05/23/2019 : 14:31:23 Viewing page source on that link, I see "No incfunctions.php file" Perhaps your design was updated and wiped out all of the include lines that show the store content.

Honestly, I don't work with WordPress and just took a peek to see if I could offer any assistance. (I'm just an ECT customer like you) I know Andy is really good with WordPress and I expect he, or another admin, will be along shortly to assist. If you did set the store up, you might take a look at the original setup, versus what you have on the server now, to see if you spot something out of place that you can fix. Just a guess, based on your post, I am thinking maybe your design (with the include lines that insert the stores pages in your design) may have been altered when this other update took place.
Andy ECT Moderator 95440 Posts	Posted - 05/24/2019 : 00:15:01 It seems that updating the theme deleted all the files from the theme directory so the custom header file was also removed. I have put that back so the store pages are working again. Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software

Do you have any tips on how to delete the background without deleting the store? When my designer made sure that the background (orchard trees) shows on all the pages, I asked her to remove it from my store but keep it everywhere else. I think that it may have to do with something with that even though I don't think she was able to remove the background from the store. Andy ECT Moderator 95440 Posts	Posted - 05/24/2019 : 07:20:03 I have added a white background to the store pages. Ask your designer to take a copy of the file header-ect.php in case it gets overwritten or deleted in the future. Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software
