Hi All,

I have just exported the reviews section of my SQL database and imported it into a database that has the identical products. My problem is that although all the imported reviews are there, the number of reviews have not updated on the products page or products details page. They are showing the old number of reviews, not the updated number of reviews.

Do I need to import any other section of the database to have the review numbers update to the new numbers?

Regards

Mike

Hi Mike

Sorry, I missed your question yesterday. Can you go to the reviews admin page and click on Update Product Reviews and let us know if that helps?

Hi Andy, thanks for that, it's sorted.

I thought it would be something simple and feel that I should have known that as it is a normal part of the cart operation, but I was blind to that button as I've never used it before.

Much obliged for your direction. The site is looking and working great now.

Just one other thing, I've started using Gary's (ITZAP....thank you Gary) CSS mod for buttons on the review section. It looks and works great, but the "Show All" button is in brackets which looks a bit cramped, can you tell me the best way of removing the brackets?

Can you set the font color to white in the css and in that way they don't display?

I've tried setting the font colour to white, but that effects the review text as well. Is there another way of removing those brackets?

It should work as the text is a link so make sure you have this

span.showallreview{color:#fff}

The link has been replaced by a CSS button, but the brackets are under the same colour control as the customer review text, so if I set the brackets to white, the customer review text disappears also.
