Our theatre doesn't run shows in the summer, so I don't know when this notice started to appear. But, when doing some test purchases I get this notice upon completion: "Notifications cannot be sent as the account has not been created, is not active or has an invalid password." What's causing this, and how can I prevent it? I haven't required accounts for purchases, and, in fact, I don't have any active customer accounts. https://www.ragandbone.ca/boxoffice/products.phpThanks.

I have set up the App...it seemed to be successful, and I have set up the account. I just tried to set up a new one in case it hadn't "taken", but I'm told I already have an account.

If I remove the registration with the admin panel in my store, will the notification go away, or will I just make more mess?
