Our theatre doesn't run shows in the summer, so I don't know when this notice started to appear. But, when doing some test purchases I get this notice upon completion: "Notifications cannot be sent as the account has not been created, is not active or has an invalid password."
What's causing this, and how can I prevent it?
I haven't required accounts for purchases, and, in fact, I don't have any active customer accounts. [url]https://www.ragandbone.ca/boxoffice/products.php[/url]
