I am getting an error message "Cart contents:undefined item(s)" when trying to add items using the left navigation menu. I also notice that the left navigation menu is the only part of the site that is coming up "not secure". If I add click on an option and the top navigation which comes up as secured and get to a product, I am able to add it to cart with no problem, what may be causing this error?

If there is an absolute link to http: instead of https: in the left navigation or possibly the same in referencing any image in the left navigation. That's where I'd be looking.

Neither the top or left navigation has http: or https:, it just defaults to "mysite.com"

Hi, your support period shows 2015, so I expect you will need to update that.
If you are working off a version of that cart that old, you should update the site too. There has been quite a number of important fixes, not to mention the great features that have been added.

As Steve mentions, it may be a "path" issue, so check to be sure you have not changed something recently.

Updating the site would provide security enhancements as well as additional functionality such as abandon cart emails to customers .
Check that the pages have the correct base url defined as in the seo friendly url instructions for use with SSL https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/seo/search-engine-friendly-urls-php.asp and your admin store url is also set as https

I had you guys to upgrade me to a premium responsive design a few months ago, so I have version 7.04. How do I update the support period? I usually don't have any issues so haven't been on the forum in a few years.

The price is for the software, services can be added by selecting Apply updater service from the options.
