I want to change the verbiage on the cart page to: "Use your Paypal account or your own credit card."

How might I do.

Hi, just about all text can be found in the languagefile.
Look in your vsadmin/inc folder for the languagefile_en.php (for english) and do a search for the text you want to change.
Copy that line over to your includes.php file, and make the changes to the text. Upload and that should be it.
The idea of moving it to includes is to keep your change from getting overwritten when installing updates.
