Ok, Im thinking about ditching paypal pro and using a Authorize.net to take the credit card payments and keeping paypal for the Paypal express transactions.

Are there any downfalls in doing this?

The sites I own and the ones I manage all take 2 form of payment, usually PayPal and either authorize.net or Stripe. It is a convenience for your customers allowing to chose the payment processor they prefer. Not everyone likes PayPal. The only downside is tracking your cash, if you want to consider that a downside, as it is split between two payment processors. But my experience has shown between a 35/65 to 50/50 split when you have two processors.

Thanks Marshall.

Right now with payment pro, the customer can give a credit card and it looks like a straight credit card payment(they dont know paypal is taking the card) or use Paypal Express.
I can see who uses which and its about a 60 / 40 split. 60 % paypal.

I get what you mean about two sources to track. That will be more work.
