Hi,

Converted from 6.8 to 7.1.6 and now my emails are in plane text instead of html.
In main setting Email Format: is on HTML format emails
In the Email Messages Administration, it says; HTML EMails is currently On.
Any advice where to look for the cause?

Hi Rob
Is this happening on all emails like order at your store, email friend and so on? Can you check to see if you have the parameter "htmlemails" in your vsamin/includes.asp file. (It shouldn't be there as it is set in the admin now.)
And finally can you let me know if the emails are displaying just the text, or if you can see the HTML tags like <br /> and so on.

Hi Vince,

To answer your questions;
- looks like all emails, tested both store and email friend
- no "htmlemails" anymore in the includes file
- the emails are showing the receiptheaders as html codes and messagebody as plain text
- in thanks.asp and orderstatus.asp all looks good, no issues

To be sure I have uploaded latest updates again and without customizations.
683 version (I moved back) has no issues on the same server.

I've found the problem and I've fixed it in the incfunctions.asp file in your test site. Sorry for the problem here and I'll get the fix into the next updater.

Hi Rob
I had to change the email address form rob@ to info@k.....k.nl to get the email to work at all. I changed it back and I assume that email was set while you were testing only.
