Morning! I woke up to two messages from potential customers saying they had received a message from the site that they had been flagged and blocked from my site, though they'd never shopped on it before. I'm also unable to add anything to my cart when I try it out -- it just comes back empty. This wasn't an issue before the update -- any ideas?

I was able to fix the cart issue by commenting out the new cart resume lines. Not sure about the flagging, though; the new IP blocking section had two domains in it, but the one based on multi-purchase blocking had only one purchase attempt, which seems... low? Like, I kind of want my customers to attempt to purchase once?

Urgh. It appears the cart issue (that is, items added not being displayed and returning an empty cart) is still an issue on mobile, but not on desktop.

I *think* I've got mobile working.

Because my IP isn't being blocked, I can't test the customers' conditions. I did set the blocking to 70 cart additions and 50 transactions, and I hope that is broad enough that it's not going to block actual customers! It was set as disabled before, though, and was still blocking people, so I don't know what was going on there...

Will update if/when I hear back from those customers.

Hi Jan
When I click on checkout I get switched from the non-SSL form of the URL to the SSL-form of the URL and this is what is making the cart contents disappear as to cookies these are two different domains. As you have got an SSL certificate what I would do if I were you is put the whole site on SSL. Whatever it is that is switching the cart page from non-ssl to ssl, do it for the whole site. And in your admin main settings page make sure that both the store URLs are the HTTPS form.
This isn't really anything to do with the updater but maybe as you are testing now you are noticing it.

Vince

Both store and HTTPS store URLs are currently set to https -- I'm guessing I need to change that in my hosting as well? Thank you!

Ok, I've set my .htaccess file to rewrite URLs to https.
