Setting up a new site with the latest responsive template (http://www.ectdemostore.com/rpfelicity/).

I uploaded everything and had the site working for a moment. Then changed the logo and started to get a "500 - Internal Server Error".

Figuring I was the one that messed up, I opened a ticket with my hosting company. Here is their reply:

After investigating your issue we have found that the /vsadmin/inc/incmenu.asp file was failing to be found. When reviewing the default.asp file, we had found that on line 171 this include was commented out. To correct this issue, we have removed the comment on line 171 wherein we are showing that the domain is now loading as expected.

If you go to http://firesidecamping-com.server-bacwebdesign-com.vps.ezhostingserver.com/ you'll see the site now loads, but the "incmenu.asp" is commented. If you then click on the PRODUCTS link, you'll see the error that the "incmenu.asp" file is missing.

I've FTP'd it up to the server twice and have verified it is there.

Any idea what is causing this issue?

Hi Bill
That location is to...
#include file="../vsadmin/inc/incmenu.asp"
and it should be...
#include file="vsadmin/inc/incmenu.asp"
