Posted - 01/07/2020 : 11:11:33 After some help last week from the ECT forum regarding adding a message during checkout, we added a note to say that over the weekend shipping would be delayed due to attending a funeral. Much to our surprise we had many messages in ‘additional information’ from lovely customers expressing sympathy and concern. How lovely is that? My faith in human nature is restored! Steve
