Minor issue with Dazzle interface -
Someday - can you take a look at the importing of tracking info from dazzle.

If a person's name entered on website has punctuation such as:
Ben R. Lastname
After Dazzle address verification runs - it gets changed to:
BEN R LASTNAME

Due to the missing "." - the importation cannot find the original post because the name no longer matches.
