Hi, I'm looking for a way to charge a yearly subscription for discount pricing.

When a customer logs in and the subscription is up they are asked to renew in order to shop at the discount prices.

And can also be managed from the admin in case of issues.

Hi, you could go all in with some extensive mods to try to make that work, but you could also just create a product for your membership, let customers make that purchase, then flag their account with the discounts.

Every few days, just search your store for whoever purchased that item, and after a year, send them an email to hit it again, and if they don't you disable that discount in their account.

I know this is a manual process, but unless you have many hundreds of customers on this, it may not be worth the expense and hassle of maintaining a mod.

I do have some ideas on how to make this easier, but it involves custom coding and some mods to the store.
