Ok... I've read through https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/help/css-layouts.asp#proddetail but I still have questions.

If you go to https://www.summercedar.com/proddetail.asp?prod=GB48U

  • How can I center the PREV and NEXT for the additional images under the product detail image?

  • Under the short product description, the product ID and Last Update date have a nice bullet before it. How can I make sure the Manufacturer displays the same?

  • How can I put the quantity box next to the box label "Quantity:"?

  • How can I center the ADD TO CART under the quantity box?

Hi Bill

ectcart.css around line 129
div.imagenavigator {

The product id and last update have this added to the label
<i class="w3-margin-right fa fa-chevron-circle-right"></i>

ectstyle2.css around line 1218
div.detailquantitytext {
float: left;
padding: 0px 12px;
margin-top: 18px;
font-size: 1.2em;
}
div.detailquantity {
float: left;
margin: 24px 0px 0px 4px;
width: 220px;
}

Thanks, Vince. It looks like that cleared up most of it!

I would like the word "Quantity" to be to the left of the quantity box, with the Add to Cart button centered under that.

As for the bullets, my includes page has:

xxInStoc="<i class=""w3-margin-right fa fa-chevron-circle-right""></i>   In Stock"
xxPrId="<i class=""w3-margin-right fa fa-chevron-circle-right""></i>   Product ID"
manufacturerfield="<i class=""w3-margin-right fa fa-chevron-circle-right""></i>   Brand"
showproductsku="<i class=""w3-margin-right fa fa-chevron-circle-right""></i>   ISBN"
dateaddedlabel="<i class=""w3-margin-right fa fa-chevron-circle-right""></i>   Updated"

It looks like the bullet for the "Updated" field and "Product ID" field work, but not the "Brand"... which is showing on the detail page as "manufacturer".

Hi Bill
I don't think you implemented this bit...

ectstyle2.css around line 1218
div.detailquantitytext {
float: left;
padding: 0px 12px;
margin-top: 18px;
font-size: 1.2em;
}
div.detailquantity {
float: left;
margin: 24px 0px 0px 4px;
width: 220px;
}

It really does seem to be manufacturerfield that is used for the Manufacturer Label, so double check you don't have that set twice in the includes file. Also, make sure it isn't in the proddetail.asp code.

Vince,

Thanks for sticking with me on this. Here is what is currently in the ECT2 style sheet:

div.detailquantity{
float:left;
margin: 24px 0px 0px 4px;
width:140px
}

div.detailquantitytext{
float:left;
padding:0px 12px;
margin-top: 18px;
font-size:1.2em;
}

div.detailquantity1div{
float: left;
margin: 24px 0px 0px 4px;
width: 220px;
}

div.detailquantity2div{
margin:6px 3px 6px 0px;
}

input.detailquantity0input{
border:1px solid #ccc;
padding:5px 20px;
margin:8px 16px 0px 2px;
}

Hi Bill
Yes, this here...

div.detailquantity{
float:left;
margin: 24px 0px 0px 4px;
width:140px
}

Should be...

div.detailquantity{
float:left;
margin: 24px 0px 0px 4px;
width:220px
}
