Hi,

On my main site in my profile I use the dropdown minicart top right.
I'm inspecting the css but can't work out exactly what controls the size of the dropdown arrow icon

Thanks,

Steve

Hi Steve,

The size look to be hardcoded but try something like:

.minicartcnt_dp img {
height: 10px;
width: 10px;
padding-top:4px
}

If it doesn't work try adding !important after the height and width css.

Regards,
David

Thanks David,

That's the conclusion I came to that it was hardcoded, which is odd because I believe those arrows are also used during checkout too.
Anyway, thanks for the css which I think I can use as a workaround.

Steve

On three of the sites I look after the mini-cart drop down arrow is an image located at images/arrow-down.png. Looking at the source code should show similar to this <img src="images/arrow-down.png"

Having said that, the mini drop down cart on the template I'm working on came built in and doesn't have an arrow. I've edited the appearance of the View Cart via the includes file and the font awesome icon, which IMHO looks better.

Hi Steve,

I recently started using the font awesome icons so Iíll have a look.
I would imagine youíre right as they generally look better.

Thanks,

Steve
