I'm not sure if I have a problem created by myself or not.

All of a sudden I cannot get my email or custom payment provider option to show up at checkout....

Is there a setting somewhere else where I may have clicked off to have this issue?

Hi Terry, first I would check the admin under "payment providers" to see that they are enabled.
Also check to see if they have a login level set. If they do, make sure you are logged into an account on the website that has those login level permissions.

Thanks,
David

Hmmm, One thing with email payment provider, it will not show if you are attempting to purchase a gift certificate, or using the donations feature to make a payment.
Other than that, I cant think if anything, unless they are hidden via css of something.
I checked your profile but I didn't see any obvious link to the site. If you want to provide one, I can take a look.

Hi Terry, So it's being hidden with css.
In the css file _common2.css at line 44 you have

.checkoutbutton {
display: none;
}

When I disabled that, I got a button to appear and was able to click it and move forward.

Thanks,
David

No worries Terry. Sometimes we just need another set of eyes.
I'm glad I could help.

Thanks,
David

Yes everything was fine until yesterday. NoW I found my css has all changed. After checking things out the only thing I asked my hosting for was an update on server space. Looks like they put an old backup up there. Ugh
