Hello,

I am having the following issues...
1. Customers and admin are not getting emails
2. all orders are showing unauthorized in store admin
3. When I purchase an item I get this message on the thanks page:

Sorry, there seemed to be an error !

If you need any help with your purchase, then please be sure to contact us.

Approved

4. the orders are showing at USAepay.

5. Having an issue with fraudulent orders too.

Tonight I updated the store files and USAepay. I have data1 and data2 set up on the store and at USAepay.

I have run out of ideas! Please help!

Thanks in advance.

Hi Kpelham
USAEPay made a change a couple of months ago which would mean you would get this error until you update the USAEpay files...

It's not going to authorize or send the email for past orders, but for new orders coming in things should start working again.

Can you set the following then in your vsadmin/includes.php file...
$GLOBALS['debugmode']=TRUE;
Then try a test transaction and that should display the POST and GET values on the thanks page. Then can you copy and paste those to me in an email to vince AT ecommercetemplates DOT com.
Then take that debugmode value out again or your customers may see debug messages.
