Hi,

I have just updated my site to the stable ver 7.1.10_ and I am not able to access /vsadmin folder. All I get is a blank white screen. I have already tried disabling all the plugins and trying without success. Any suggestions?

I think at this point you should check the site logs to see what the error is.
You should see something there.
If you updated from an older version, it's likely you need to update your database connection.

What version did you update from?
What version of PHP is running on the server?
