Hi, as per this forum post https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/support/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=113080 my suggestion is to allow the customer's first name only to be used in the order confirmation and status emails. Currently we get "Dear John Smith" which is a bit formal, and would prefer the option to have "Dear John"
