Hello
On the home page at fb-design.co.uk it looks like I have lost styles and images and other pages do not seem to have any content.

They are all present in Dreamweaver/localhost

Just a bit more...
FileZilla is unable to connect as follows:

Status: Resolving address of db5000894693.hosting-data.io
Status: Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known".
Error: Could not connect to server

HI, looks like the style sheets didn't make over to the Server, can you try uploading the again perhaps using the server IP address or using the host control panel File manager until you can get the ftp working. Also you may want to check with your host to find out what types of connections they allow (ftp/sftp/ftp over ssl) try using Passive ftp in Dreamweaver under More Option in the server connections.
