 Image uploader not working after 7.1.11 upgrade

Hello:

After my upgrade to 7.1.11, the image uploader is not working correctly. It says the image upload was successful and it fills in the fields with the appropriate image names, but the images are not actually uploaded. i.e. no image in the prodimages folder.

HELP!
